Worship
Join us each Sunday for Traditional Service at 8:30 a.m. and Blended Service at 10:30 a.m., as we celebrate and worship our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
- Casual dress is appropriate for both services —no need to get dressed up.
- We have a relaxed and inviting atmosphere…there is nothing stuffy here!
- Our Pastor preaches the same relevant, uplifting and inspirational biblical message at both services.
- Both services draw from the Christian Seasons and incorporate scripture readings, prayer and fellowship.
- Nursery is available during both services for infants and children up to age 4.
- The style of music and other worship activities differ in the 8:30 Traditional and 10:30 Blended services.
We invite you to experience both worship services and decide for yourself which one is just your style. We look forward to worshiping with you at Windborne!
Our Traditional Worship Service begins at 8:30 am.
We Connect to God and Grow in Christ through:
- A formal order of worship.
- Traditional hymns, responsive scripture readings, and prayer.
- Holy Communion is served each Sunday and all who intend to lead a Christian life, together with their children, are invited to the table.
Our Blended Worship Celebration begins at 10:30 am.
We Connect to God and Grow in Christ through:
- A mix of contemporary Christian music and traditional worship songs, led by musicians and singers.
- Drama, dance and other visual arts.
- Interactive experiences that invite the congregation to connect and grow.
- Children’s Focus is a special time during the service for children ages 4-2nd graders. After this time, the children are invited to Kid’s Worship service, offered in a children’s class room setting. Kid’s Worship presents the sermon message through use of puppet shows, storytelling, and music—a way for them to Connect with God and Grow in Christ. This separate worship also allows parents, who remain in the sanctuary, to fully focus and engage in worship.
Holy Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month and all who intend to lead a Christian life, together with their children, are invited.
